The Authority of Scripture

The One True God (The Trinity)
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and is coming again. John 1:1–14; Isaiah 7:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4
Salvation by Grace Through Faith
We believe salvation is a gift of God received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10
Repentance and New Birth
We believe all people must repent of sin and be born again through faith in Jesus Christ. John 3:3; Acts 3:19
Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ as an outward testimony of salvation. Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3–4
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, empowering believers for holy living and witness. Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4
Gifts of the Holy Spirit
We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are active today for the empowerment, edification and growth of the Church. 1 Corinthians 12:7–11
Sanctification
We believe sanctification is the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit producing holiness in believers. 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Hebrews 12:14
Divine Healing
We believe God still heals and delivers today according to His will through prayer and faith. Isaiah 53:5; James 5:14–16
The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ called to worship, discipleship, and evangelism. Ephesians 4:11–13
The Great Commission
We believe all believers are called to share the Gospel and make disciples. Matthew 28:19–20
The Second Coming of Christ
We believe in the imminent and visible return of Jesus Christ. Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12
Resurrection and Final Judgment
We believe in the resurrection of the saved and the lost. John 5:28–29; Revelation 20:11–15
Christian Living
We believe believers are called to live holy lives empowered by the Holy Spirit. Romans 12:1–2; Galatians 5:22–25
